  5. Good TOEFL \/ IELTS score<\/li>\n
  6. Highly creative in writing for editorial or marketing<\/li>\n
  7. Very specific and detail oriented<\/li>\n
  8. Hardworking and able to work independent or as a team<\/li>\n
  9. Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines<\/li>\n
  10. Willing to work overtime<\/li>\n
  11. Confident and highly self-motivated<\/li>\n
  12. Good work ethic and attitude<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
